I'm happy and I know it. I'm gonna clap my hands. It's time for a pots and pans parade kids. I am going to stay employed. I have been concerned for the last month and abit and I get to keep doing something I enjoy.

Since my problems have been solved I can go back to dishing out good advice for a good price. Free.

Here is some good advice. Listen to the Liars. They're a fine band from New York City that seems to be getting alot of much deserved hype. Some of you may argue but I'm here to offer advice not debate.

Another good thing to do is dance a little more than you used to. Its fun , trust me. I forgot after a few years and recently when I was out I danced a little bit more and I was a little bit happier.

Thats my advice for the day. I hope you all sleep well.

Hey. You thought yesterday was stressful, today times that by 10. Im waiting to see if I keep my job. Its always a good way to spend my christmas holidays. Im not sure what the outcome will be, but whatever it is I just got to be happy I dont have crabs.

Ive been waiting for 2 weeks to find out my fate, If I dont get this job I get layed off. Its really quite concerning.

Once again, atleast I dont have little crabs running around on me.

Still no letters to answer so I will instead recommend that everyone eats a well balanced meal and brushes there teeth after each one. Remember a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

Its been a rough weekend for the noble beaver. Stress filled and I've been pretty high. Still Am.

Sometimes rather than giving advice I'd like to get some.

Where do I find the new Manitoba - if assholes could fly this place would be an airport 12" ?
Where do I find a wife ?
A small book I can write my thoughts in ?
A good movie staring a donkey in a non stereo-typical role ? Like the story of a donkey that later in life decides to move in the hills and raise koi to relax. It would be touching I bet.

I shouldn't bore you with my problems though. I'm here to listen to yours I'm your psychiatrist, hair dresser and santa rolled into one.

Write me a letter. Ask for advice. Today I answered some tough questions about which gaming system one should buy. Unfortunatly the transcript of that conversation has been lost but i assure you i offered quality advice in a short amount of time.

That's it for today. I didnt leave the house today, didnt leave the house yesterday either. When I do I'll tell you about it.

Bye

Hello friends and family. The noble beaver is here to lend a hand to those in need. Like the side bar says, if you are in need of some advice why not let me help. I receive mail from all over the world asking questions about issues that matter. Sometimes people ask "Noble Beaver, how do you give such good advice when you are only a donkey?" And I say to them "Fuck off" .

Its easy really. I have a large brain and a good command of the english language. Typing is hard with the hoofs but voice recognition software does the trick, although it sometimes lets the occasional spelling mistake through. Sue me.

Here is some advice that a wise man told me. Never pretend that you are something you are not. I'm a donkey and I will be one till I die. Stay true to yourself kids and the path you take may be a little bumpy but it will always be littered with good fortune and pleasure. I like pleasure.

Speaking of pleasure. Has anyone ever heard ATHEISTS, RECONSIDER by the liars and Oneida. This is a fine split release put out on the arena rock recording companys label. I suggest you purchase it. Its 6 tracks and full of fun. Oneida and The liars like to make things sounds a little different and this release shows excellent examples of that. The opening track is probally my favorite and has the liars recording an onieda penned track. If you like noisy psych rock with repetition then you will enjoy this EP.

Tonight was a bad night for music. Well atleast the music that wanted to be played on the radio show. The cd i burned wanted to skip so bad. On every track. But if i listened to it through the monitor before i played it on air it was fine. On Air "ge ge ge ge ge ge ge ge ". On monitor "Oh shes a sassy lass .....". I wanted to stab pencils through my hands. I was filled with a lot of anger and I was not sure to direct it at so instead just spoke nonsense on air at speeds to quick to recognize. I sure am a professional. Since All the songs I brought where useless, my co host Erin and I then had to scramble to find new music. During this some guy called in and told Erin I was not good. I hate him.

Atleast Erin and I didnt stab each other. I was getting kinda cranky and I think I was not performing at the top of my game.(giggle)

Let's hope next week turns out a little better. Im sorta excited about playing the new cursive and the new ted leo. Oh the nerdy things that make me happy.

pitchfork has there top 50 of 2002 up at the moment.
#1 - Interpol - Turn on the bright lights. ha.
epitonic has an mp3 off the new soul junk album 1957. Soul Junk is a san diego band with plenty of "spirit" and original beats. There career has seen brushes with indie rock, electronic music and hip hop. They are most certainly worth checking out. I suggest 1956 for a good introduction.
